去了大阪無數次,今年總算排了半天去通天閣晃晃,參觀完通天閣順便去吃附近很有名的八重勝串炸。

我們在下午四點多抵達,進入餐廳看到大部分客人都是在地人,就知道八重勝連日本人都愛啦。在這麼奇特的時間點來餐廳還是坐滿客人也算是奇景吧~

我們剛好被安排在炸鍋的位置,可以近距離看師傅們料理,餐點都是現點現炸,熱騰騰的送上桌。

麵衣薄透酥脆,牛肉也很多汁。

大部分串炸店的沾醬都是一大碗大家一起共用,衛生考量店家都規定只能沾一次,咬過就千萬不要再沾了嘿!

燒牛筋是學隔壁桌客人點的,沒想到味道也意外的好啊~

串炸的份量不會太多也不油膩,很適合當下午點心。
